Just In: Jasmine Crockett Hit with Major New Investigation Over Seriously Suspicious Activity

In a developing controversy that has embarrassed the left and astonished the right, Representative Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) is currently facing an investigation following a complaint that brought attention to questionable donations received via ActBlue, a prominent fundraising platform for the Democratic Party. Her opponent, conservative attorney Sholdon Daniels, has revealed further information regarding potential donation fraud linked to Crockett and shared these findings on X.

To provide context, the conservative Coolidge-Reagan Foundation lodged a complaint with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) on March 26, 2025, prompting the FEC to initiate an official inquiry into Rep. Crockett’s campaign. The investigation centers on a 73-year-old donor named Randy Best, a Texas resident who allegedly contributed over $16,000 to Crockett’s campaign through multiple donations. However, when Sholdon Daniels inquired with Mr. Best’s wife about these contributions, she claimed to be unaware of them.

In a video posted on X on March 11, 2025, Sholdon Daniels elaborated on his personal investigation into the dubious donations to Crockett’s campaign, detailing his visit to the Bests’ residence to gather their perspective. While recording his drive to meet the Bests, Daniels remarked, “It’s quite strange that someone from this area would donate such a significant amount to a candidate in our district. Perhaps they have a unique connection to the district. Let’s find out.” Upon meeting Mrs. Best, Daniels questioned whether she was aware that she and her husband had contributed over $16,000 to Rep. Crockett’s campaign. When Mrs. Best indicated that she had no knowledge of the donations, Daniels conveyed to his followers on X how unusual the situation was, considering the Bests’ age and locality. He added, “This man is a 73-year-old retiree, unemployed.”Daniels further explored the unusual circumstances surrounding the Bests’ contributions to Crockett’s campaign. He shared with his audience on X, “His wife opened the door and stated that they were unaware of these charges, including the $16,000 they were allegedly responsible for in political donations to Jasmine Crockett, who indeed lists them as contributors. Keep in mind, I’m located in Plano, which is in a completely different county.”

At the same time, the Federal Election Commission (FEC) has initiated an investigation into Crockett’s campaign following a complaint from the Coolidge-Reagan Foundation. The essence of the complaint mirrored the concerns raised by Sholdon Daniels, stating: “Rep. Crockett, through her principal campaign committee Respondent Jasmine for US, has received numerous other donations via ActBlue, amounting to over $870,000. It remains uncertain how many of these may also be fraudulent transactions attributed to unsuspecting individuals who did not actually contribute the funds.”

In light of the investigation, Dan Backer, an attorney based in Washington representing the Coolidge-Reagan Foundation, astutely suggested that Rep. Crockett and other Democrats might attempt to distance themselves from the corruption allegations. He explained to The Daily Signal, “It could serve as a plausible defense for Rep. Crockett and other Democrats to claim, ‘We didn’t request those donations; they were all processed through ActBlue.’ However, that would indicate a willful ignorance.” In response to the investigation, ActBlue asserted that their operations comply with legal standards and characterized the allegations against Rep. Crockett as politically motivated. Nevertheless, when The Daily Signal sought comments from both ActBlue and Crockett’s congressional office, neither provided a response.
