Ingredients
• 2 pounds of hot breakfast sausage
• 1 bag (30-32 oz) of frozen tater tots
• 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
• ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 8 large eggs
• 2 cups milk
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
• ¼ teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until it’s browned and crumbled; drain any excess fat.
