Willy Aceituno, a Honduran-born U.S. citizen, was stopped twice by Border Patrol agents in Charlotte, North Carolina. During the second encounter, they forced him from his vehicle after breaking the window and threw him to the ground.
How is it legal to smash a guy’s car window, pull an American citizen from their car and detain them just because they have brown skin? Is this what you voted for?
