In a heartfelt Instagram post, Harmon shared that her family’s dog, Daisy, recently died. But it was the way she honored the furry friend that felt particularly touching.

“Our precious Daisy crossed the rainbow bridge & we are heartbroken… but we know Ollie was there to greet her,” Harmon wrote, along with a series of photos of herself and her daughters enjoying life with the little pup. “The littlest feet make the biggest footprints on our hearts. 🌈🕊️🐶🐾.”

Harmon Rehabilitates SquirrelsIn addition to her love of domesticated animals, Harmon is known for taking in squirrels. In a photo from this past Christmas, Harmon shared a hilarious picture of herself and one of her pet squirrels wearing Santa hats.“Found a new assistant for the holidays. He works for peanuts 🤣 Merry Christmas y’all ❤️🎅🏼🎄🐿️ #christmas2025✨️❣️🎄,” she captioned the photo, which showed the actress sporting jeans and a sweater as she sat in front of the camera with the squirrel sitting on her shoulder.

Introducing The World to Simeon, Her Pet Squirrel

Back in October, Harmon posted a video with her latest little friend, a rescued squirrel named Simeon.

“What are you doing, little man? He’s having his lunch,” Harmon told the camera as the squirrel sat on her shoulder and nibbled from its food. “Just a little bit of a snack. Oh my god, he’s so cute and precious. Little Simeon. Sweet baby boy. I love him.”

Despite having a rodent friend on her shoulder, Harmon managed to look chic throughout the video. Sporting minimal makeup and oversized black glasses, the natural beauty was as beautiful as ever.

“Snack time with tiniest troublemaker 🐿️❤️ Simeon is doing GREAT!! 💕 #squirrelmom#squirrelrescue,” Harmon captioned the video.
